Grooming Girls is your premier salon for pet grooming in the heart of Brookville, Indiana since 2015. We love animals and we take pride in what we do. We always provide a happy, safe, nurturing and friendly environment so your pet will have a warm grooming experience.

We offer full grooming services for all breeds of dogs and cats by one of our Certified Pet Stylists. We also offer express grooming services for an additional fee for those pets that need to be in and out quickly due to Health conditions or dogs that simply cannot be crated due to anxiety or stress. Please discuss this with an associate upon booking if you are in need of an express appointment as it must be scheduled as the first appointment of the day.

All of our grooming services are by appointments only, except for nail trimming and ear cleaning. We do offer walk in availability for Nail trimming and ear cleaning ONLY during our regular business hours.

Jennifer has been in the pet industry for over 24 years and received her Certification for pet styling in September of 2000 from Nash Academy of Animal Arts in Lexington, KY. She went to work for Petsmart after her certification, where she mastered her skills in pet grooming. She studied to be a Registered Nurse and received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. After working as a labor and delivery nurse for many years, she opened Grooming Girls Pet Salon in March of 2015, and is paving the way for future groomers in Franklin County Indiana by offering internships and certification programs for future groomers. She specializes in all breeds of dogs and cats as well as the art of Hand-scissoring. Jennifer is also a competitive groomer who received 2 first place awards at the Columbus Pet Expo in March 2022, and also took Best in Show at the event out of all the winners from the individual classes expo.

Paul began his career in the Pet Industry in 2015 by working as an assistant for Grooming Girls Pet Salon. Shortly after becoming an assistant Paul went to grooming school and received his Pet Stylist certification in August of 2015 from Nash Academy of Animal Arts in Lexington, KY. Paul has been working for Grooming Girls Pet Salon since 2015 and is loved by all of his clients. He specializes in large and giant breed dogs and also elderly dogs with disabilities. Samantha Mason

Samantha Mason began her career in the pet industry in the spring of 2017  working for Grooming Girls Pet Salon as a grooming assistant. Shortly after she began employment she began training to become a pet stylist by working along side Jennifer Thomson for a year. Samantha received her Certification from Grooming Girls Academy in May of 2018, and paid her way through college where she received a Bachelors of Science in Commerce from Miami University, Ohio in May of 2021. She specializes in grooming doodles, curly coated dogs, and dogs who are kept in longer coats. She also specializes in elderly dogs, and dogs with disabilities.

Audra has been with Grooming Girls since 2018 when she was a high school senior at Franklin County High School. Audra was chosen in a highly competitive process to participate in a co op internship at Grooming Girls where she worked as an intern until graduation in June of 2019. After graduation, Audra became a grooming assistant and has been working part time ever since. Audra is an amazing asset to our team.

Kayla has been in the pet grooming industry since May of 2021. Kayla is  new to our team. She is amazing with the pets and a great asset to our team. She began as a temporary employee but is now a permanent part time position as we just couldn’t let her go. Kayla is currently a full time student at Franklin County High School and we know you will love her work as much as we do.
